Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation can be requested only through your Xfurbish account.  

Request for “Order Cancellation” can be initiated only when the Order Status is in “Processing”.

Order status that is marked as “Ready to Ship” & “Shipped” can’t be canceled.

Once the Order is canceled customer will be notified through mail.
