The refunds following the above guidelines shall be as per the following:
- In case of a pre-paid order, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India and will reflect in the same account of the customer buying the Product from where the customer has paid the transaction amount.
- The purchaser of the Products will not incur any fees for the pickup service, and no further deductions will be applied to refunds issued to the purchaser of the Product.
- Refunds would depend on the mode of payment you have paid for the product, the refund would be initiated within 3 to 5 working days.
